Dear friends of Beardslee Public House,
The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted our daily lives in unprecedented ways. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this virus, both directly and indirectly.
During this unique time, I want to thank you for your continued support of Beardslee Public House. In an effort to create jobs for as many of our employees as possible, we have reinvented our offerings to focus on simplicity and value. It is our hope that our food will provide a sense of normalcy for our longtime and loyal guests whom we miss very much!
At John Howie Restaurants, our first priority is the safety of our guests and crew, and we are committed to doing our part to stop the spread of Covid-19. We have adapted procedures which strictly follow all CDC guidelines, to ensure everything about our restaurant – from food preparation to curbside delivery – provides a safe environment for all.
Inside the restaurant, we have installed air scrubbers which remove 99% of all air and surface viral and bacterial contaminants. We are vigilantly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and high-touch areas with an anti-viral sanitizer called DC33, an EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectant. Additionally, all crew members are washing hands regularly and wearing masks + gloves at all times. We are also practicing social distancing and extending this to the delivery of curbside meals directly into the cars of our guests for extra protection.
Thank you for supporting my Beardslee Public House family. Together, we will get through this. Our team is grateful for the opportunity to serve you now and, when it is safe to do so, we look forward to welcoming you back to our dining room for many years to come!

Beardslee Public House in Bothell, Washington is a Pacific Northwest-inspired and family friendly eatery that specializes in world-class signature brews made on site in our 10-barrel brewery. Beardslee’s menu features high-quality, made-from-scratch comfort cuisine crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Most everything served at Beardslee is made in house: the restaurant grinds its own meat, bakes its own fresh bread and creates artisanal cured meats in a separate, specialized charcuterie kitchen.
